Our kind of field trip: the giving kind!
Loaves & Fishes staff helped harvest 1,600 pounds of butternut squash (which equals 6,400 servings!) and boxed up freshly picked apples yesterday at Community Harvest Project in Harvard. With the support of volunteers, this incredible nonprofit farm is dedicated to growing fresh produce for hunger relief in our community.
We are grateful to partner with organizations like Community Harvest Project to bring fresh, locally grown food to our neighbors in need.
