“We’re so glad you’re here. As retired people, we had to fight to get any SNAP benefits at all, but unfortunately, they’re not enough for two people on a fixed income. Getting enough food was a struggle. Thanks to Loaves & Fishes, we no longer have to worry about groceries.”

Thanks to your incredible generosity, we were able to collect 5,638.9 pounds of snacks and juice for the Devens Homeless Shelter! We were amazed at the outpouring of support and can’t adequately express our thanks. Pictured above with Patty Stern, Loaves & Fishes Executive Director, is Colby O’Brien, manager of the shelter. Although the shelter is no longer in operation, the staff and families who stayed there were very grateful.
Adam Ezra Group, a Boston band, played a show at Shirley restaurant, The Bull Run, on March 16th benefiting Loaves & Fishes.
Not only was the show an unforgettable night of fun, the band and their nonprofit group, Rally Sound, collected over 120 pounds of food and over $750 in cash for the Pantry!
