Adam and Christina both work hard to support their family, but even with 2 full-time jobs they still can’t seem to make ends meet. Thankfully the Pantry offers an evening session so they are still able to get the help they need without missing work.

Food you will receive may include
- Fresh eggs, fresh produce, frozen meats, bread and pastries, laundry detergent and hygiene supplies
- Diapers and formula, cheese, margarine, cereal, peanut butter, tuna fish, pasta, and a variety of canned goods
- Paper towels and toilet paper
- Milk vouchers to Shop ‘n Save in Ayer
- Annual Thanksgiving and Holiday dinner

Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone residing in the towns of Ayer, Devens, Dunstable, Groton, Harvard, Littleton, or Shirley may receive food from the pantry two times every month. We are not income dependent.
You must bring only a Proof of Residency (POR) when you visit the Pantry. Once a year you must provide a POR for each member of your household. A POR is an official piece of mail such as a utility bill, rental payment receipt, etc. which lists your name, street address and a recent date. For minors, a POR is either a school or medical paper.
Yes, just come to any open pantry session.
We never turn anyone away. You will receive pre-packed groceries one time only as well as a list of other resources in your area.
You may visit the Pantry twice each month.

We offer Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten Free options. Tell the Counselor your food choices and we will add a note to your file.
You may ask a friend or relative to pick up your groceries for you. Please call the Counselor to discuss your options – we’ll help you figure it out.
