The students at Lura A. White School in Shirley recently learned about chain reactions using cereal. They set up over 400 boxes of cereal just like dominoes then got to watch the chain reaction of the boxes falling against each other in a long fun pattern. When they were done with their experiment, these kids not only donated all of those boxes of cereal – they helped clean them up, collect them into banana boxes and then carry them outside and load them all into our volunteer’s truck! Thank you, students of LAW, for being so generous and for being such hard workers!
