While selling Girl Scout cookies to raise money for her Brownie Troop #65075, 8 year-old Eloise received cash donations from some very generous donors. She decided to use these donations along with money she’d earned from can recycling to purchase materials to make birthday kits! Her goal was to make sure that our clients had a chance to celebrate their birthdays. Her thoughtfulness and kindness made many people smile!
When 7 year-old Lora was asked by her parents what they should do with their stimulus payment, Lora didn’t hesitate! She wanted to help others in need of food during these hard times. Lora’s family donated their stimulus payment to the Pantry and she drew this picture which warmed our hearts!
