October Annual Meeting & Report

 2018 Annual Meeting Highlights:

Senator Jamie Eldridge received a Community Partnership Award
for his most generous and continued support of the Pantry.  Also pictured to the Senator’s right are Jim Hanlon, President of the Board, and Patty Stern, Executive Director.   Other businesses who received awards were: Ayer Shirley Regional School District, Maugel Architects, Omni Properties, LLC and Goldsmith, Prest & Ringwall, Inc.

There were over 70 attendees to include individuals, donors, businesses, clients, volunteers, board members and staff.  A special thanks to those who provided the beverages and refreshments:  Jack O’Lantern Package Store, Forge and Vine, Il Forno Restaurant & Catering, Bull Run Restaurant, Tiny’s Restaurant, Filho’s Cusina, Donelan’s of Littleton and the Capri Bakery.

 

Special recognition was given to the top 20 volunteers who provided  their most generous gift of time to the Pantry over the past year. 

 

 

Ken VanWormer presented The Charlanne VanWormer Award to Cathy Bowles, who has made volunteering a focal point in her life.

 

Jim Hanlon and Paul Niemira presented the Grande Award to Barbara Ledeaux pictured on the far left and Betty Stone for their years of  outstanding volunteer service.
