UPDATED COVID PROTOCOLS

Masks are strongly recommended at this time.

Our Board of Directors and Staff Team continue to closely monitor Covid, flu and RSV trends.  Cases are on the rise as we head into the winter months.  As a result, we are strongly recommending that masks be worn at all times when at the Pantry.  We are not mandating this, simply recommending it.  As always, keeping the Pantry open for our neighbors who need help with groceries is our goal.  Equally important is doing all we can to keep our clients, volunteers and staff team healthy and safe.

Things which will remain the same:

  • Screening questions will continue to be asked upon entry to the Pantry
  • Full vaccine plus one booster is still required to participate in pantry activities
  • Volunteer teams will remain in place
  • Gloves are optional (some exceptions apply)

A reminder that if you are feeling any signs of illness, please do not come to the Pantry.  Instead, contact Eileen, our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@loavesfishespantry.org  and she will find a replacement for you.  Rest assured that your information will be handled confidentially.

Our sincere thanks for your patience and understanding during the past 3 years as we did our best to navigate through the Pandemic.  Our hope is for brighter days ahead as we continue to support our neighbors.  We will continue to review our protocols regularly and make adjustments as things evolve.  Questions may be directed to me at director@loavesfishespantry.org or by phone at (978)772-4627 x310.

Sincerely,
Patricia A. Stern
